Come to the light. Quit complaining on forums and make the leap. Competitive commissions. Fair hours. Save up some money and work on yourself.

@hph+1c3GaSBC The only thing that might change in indirect would be a commission sharing pool designed to look like team selling only with a much higher payout. Non company owned stores will always have their own pay plan. BTW team selling is working so great that ATT and T-MOBILE still have individual commission comp plans. Why ? Because that’s just it team selling isn’t feasible in a sales environment anywhere and at any business.
If I ever was in a tight spot and desperate for a job (because who would ever go back to cellular sales willingly) I would go work at an indirect after corp. Work there for like 3 months then just start slamming and collecting a fat check until you get fired.
Cellular sales has to be one of the worst indirect operators. Right behind Russel
commissioned cellphone sales are dead. Also it's only a matter of time before indirect compensation and agreements are re negotiated to align more with "one team" and 2.0. I don't have the exact date but I know from way up in the company because of complaining on indirect compensation vs. corp retail during a higher up visit. I have a pair. Enjoy it while it lasts.
LMAO 🤣
