There is no reason for anyone to do an exit interview/survey.
There is nothing in it for you.
I don't know if anyone reads them, doesn't matter, just avoid them if possible.
Leave on the best terms you can, and say thank you, no matter how bad the job was, because it's a small world.

Who is “they”? I’m not convinced your boss or leadership will ever hear your input, no matter how bad (or good). I suspect at best it gets aggregated for a division or enterprise view, and not sure anyone really acts on it.
So your boss, for example, may care but the results don’t go to them as far as I know.
Hilarious -- wait, were you serious with this post? Any positive feedback will be happily and feverishly repeated up the chain. Anything less than happy talk -- probably gets summarized into gibberish.
They value feedback very much. It all depends on who's giving it though and your relationship with the group and manger. Obviously if you do great work and they think your feedback is intelligent they will value it.
