DEI is an entirely useless department. It is at least 4 levels below HR. There are empty levels between them, by the way.

Net positive for Wells anytime a DEI job is eliminated. Drag on returns and serves little purpose.
Must be nice to be a college educated minority these days. You get a free pass to an executive position where you can pretend to be doing something.
