Do they think that when someone leaves an already understaffed store, they don't need to be replaced at all? I’d just like to know what’s going on, whether they have no intention of making a replacement or can’t actually find anyone to work here. It wouldn't surprise me if they couldn't find anyone new.

We hired 3 people one that can read off a script, the other left for another job and the new person has never had a job before.
