You know its time to get a new job when your Sunday evening is spent dreading Monday mornings! Ugh. Anyone else feel the same? The only thing I am looking fwd to tmrw is a Zoom interview for an external role.

One guage to knowing if it is time to look is getting those Sunday night blues about the start of the new week. Thank goodness that is all in my past. As I was informed in a pretty direct way that my position is pretty secure at Wells, unlike so many. But I wish everyone well.
a boss of mine earlier in my career used to call it the "sunday night crazies"
it's not only a product of working at wells fargo. The aforementioned boss and I worked at another one our major competitors at that time. I hear stories from all sorts of industries and firm sizes large and small where this happens.
It definitely is a sign you need to look for another job, or do some work with/on yourself so as not to let it bother you (a therapist or coach can help you with this).
All of Corporate America is a sh-t fest.
That’s as may be, but there’s a huge difference between working for a company that’s growing and one that’s circling the drain.
People that say this must have never worked at another company.
My Apple Watch tracks my sleep. Sunday nights I average about 3 hours no matter what kind of sleep medication I take. I spend most of the night dreading what fresh he-l will greet me on Monday morning. The rest of the week I average about 6 hours.

grass is greener than here, but any company can have issues, but most dont open fake accounts for their customers
And you will dread Monday mornings on the new job as well. All of Corporate America is a sh-t fest. The key to freedom is owning your own business oe retiring. The grass is not always better.

I like my job and I don’t mind if I get laid off. Good luck with your job search. In the end we are the one who will need to make the change. Can’t rely on others
