Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Corporate Comms intel...your insights please.

Now that the cutting is slicing through layers of management and employees, what do you make of the Bari/Bill relationship and whether or not it will implode in the next 6 months or 12 months? This could be a clue for those of us still in wait and see mode while we desperately continue looking outside of WF.

Corporate Comms?

You mean those mass spam emails that no one reads?

The BR and BD “relationship” doesn’t exist. BD has repeatedly said she wasn’t his first choice for the job (an HR violation among his list of offenses that HR ignores). The top candidates backed out after getting offers. Who can blame them?

I stopped waiting for the BR/BD implosion. Instead I am ramping up my search and getting out. There are great jobs out there. No one is going to save us so it’s best to move on. People are leaving. Hoping I am the next one.

Corp Comms will continue to be a sh!t show. BR is incompetent and everyone knows it inside and outside the company. It isn’t going to get better.

lol, Team Member. I wonder how much longer it'll be before that whole change process is fully implemented. Shouldn't it be "Employee Works" and "Employee Care"? "Employee Engagement" etc.? Maybe we could coordinate with Microsoft to see if they will make us a custom build of MS Teams, called MS Employees.

We are employees, not team members anymore. Team members implies they care and we matter.

Insights?! It's a Shi! Show! Just look at this board, tons of pi---d off Team Members not getting the communication and support they need. What additional insight is needed for Corporate Communications? Its sucks.
