I keep hearing that they are doing layoffs, based upon Titles (ex QA Analysts and Business Systems Consultants (BSCs) which have been renamed Technical Business Systems Analysts (TBSAs).
Is this true?

Yep. Anyone with experience or making any money is gonzo first. I can’t wait to see this place crash and burn in the tech side with the kids and offshore running the show. Developers testing their own code will let more defects into production than you can shake a stick at. Do they have a clue the business needs? Don’t make me laugh. They don’t care and don’t talk to users. It’s going to be an epic fail. I saw it before at their previous stop too.
@hgf. Hate to tell you, but you are more at risk than the low level analyst cause you make more.
Chase cut a whole production support team in one area with 20+ years experience and left one lady with a year experience. She couldn’t handle it and they wondered why they had so many production issues.
This is an example of what this failed management will bring here. Enjoy even worse support than you have now, which is bad enough with most offshore now.

If they are, they are cutting their own throat. But this is failed management from Chase no no one should be surprised they will do it again and bail here too.
