So who has all the details regarding the district realignments happening in Branch Retail? I hear few DMs are losing their jobs and next are RSCs along with service mgrs. Anybody else care to chime in with info they know? Idc about the layoffs at your work from home positions aka collecting a paycheck for sitting on a couch(then again these are the DMs so good riddance!)

I think RSA’s were converted to RSM’s. This doesn’t take away the fact the RSA role was futile in that they acted as liaisons between corporate and the branches. To me, call this role whatever you want, it’s still a futile and useless role completely replaceable by an email.
If you go on LinkedIn, there are regional service advisors. Unless they haven’t updated LI, I think there are some RSA’s still employed.
There are no Regional Service Advisors and haven’t been in several years. So that is not an accurate statement. There are Regional Services Partners and Regional Services Consultants and yes they get paid mileage when they visit branches but there has been no overnight travel in a year. RSP’s were allowed one remote visit each month to a branch but had to make one visit each month in person.
No Regional Services Manager would never approve mileage for an RSP who only did remote visits. Remember we ARE an honorable company now!
Regional service advisors are getting the boot right? They’re worse than WFH couch paycheck collectors because they also expense their weekly gas and food bills when they’re not even visiting the branches.
My DM was displaced. We heard 80 were displaced throughout the company. In VA at least 2 went along with one in DC.
When are RSCs getting the boot?
I mean it’s straight forward, DM layoffs nationally caused all districts to be realigned..
