Has anyone heard any discussion about softening the dress code when we RTO? It would be a cool thing to do for non-client-facing roles. But then again, Wells Fargo has never been known for being cool.
WFHE, among other things, actually tightened the dress code for remaining workers after the market collapsed in 2008. Id--ts decided morale wasn't already low enough at the time.
Yeah well I forgot I was not wearing a shirt when a live call started this morning. Some of us need some structure in our lives. Looking for a post, “did you see that na--d d-mba$$ in that meeting this morning?”
@yvh I'll be tempted to wear the Municipal Waste/Trump su----e shirt the first day.
Three years ago when I first stepped foot in a non-branch location since taking this WFH position I was in a shirt, shorts, and flip-flops. I got one or two weird looks from the cube farm livestock, but nobody said anything.

Been full-time WFH for 8 years. If they force me to go back into an office they'll be getting gym shorts, offensive metal band shirts, and flip-flops.
Unless they want to buy me clothes that they require me to wear when I'm required to show up so they can be happy I'm there instead of working productively at home.
If you have to be told how to dress appropriately at work, then maybe corporate work isn't for you.
There's several, but Operations for one.

We are already sloppy more than enough in IT. Some of them even look like they slept under the bridge then went to work

Which LOBs are those?
WFA is strictly business casual. They will send you home for a non-collared shirt even if the team is short-handed.
Some LOBs already have shorts/tshirts dress codes. Couldn't get much more relaxed.
