Charlie and the BOD laying off 25% of workforce, recklessly cutting costs, creating a hostile unhealthy work environment, zero transparency regarding strategy, old-school out-of-date thinking, demanding the majority of employees be classified as Meets, 2% increases, forcing many employees to reapply for their own jobs, reducing 401K benefits, creating instability from the top down, offshoring our jobs, marginalizing those whom they perceive to be weak, domineering, arrogant, narcissistic, blaming others, manipulative, destructive, sexist, racist, ageist, greedy and self-serving.
All while telling us that we need to stay positive, not complain, be our best, work harder, produce more, sell more and do as they say not as they do.
This place is a freak show.
