I have never worked anywhere that has such inept, poor leaders with zero respect for people. Not even the dignity of a person. They do not care what your TM experience is, your morale, your needs, not anything. You're not even a human being here.
I no longer am committed, at all. I spend every bit of spare time I have looking, applying and interviewing elsewhere. This place is circling the drain. Are you disengaged?
@2rzz. I was in the same spot, upper management refused two years in the row my manager’s request for a promotion for me, so I transferred elsewhere. I’m sure they miss me because I alone was doing what I did for them and they had no plans to cross train anyone else. Needless to say I was real motivated to pass on my knowledge. Yes, that was sarcasm.
Despite my exceed ratings, i received small bonuses but no stock options no raises not even a cost of living adjustments. I am stuck in this dead end job for over five years, and I feel underappreciated because I was denied job promotions and internal transfers. Wells Fargo manager is corrupt and self-serving politician for his own gains and he talk lies. I am ready to quit, lay off and fu-k off Wells Fargo terrible manager.
I was told back in March that my team was being dissolved and I would be reassigned somewhere. Then, all my responsibilities were taken away. Three months later, I’m still just sitting here with nothing to do and no word on what they plan to do with me.
Stop calling them 'leaders', they are simply managers. Real leaders are quite rare and don't seem to exist at WF. Leaders have a clear goal in mind, empower people to reach it, and celebrate their success. Doesn't sound like WF, does it?
I try to stay engaged with my day to day work, simply to avoid drawing negative attention to myself. Other than that, I’m all about getting out of here.

Look out for yourself #1. Do not worry about your manager, if they were fed up they would (maybe already are) move on. If you are not happy, move somewhere that you might be happy
I started looking in early/mid May and whether I applied on the fifteenth of May or last Friday, apparently this is the week ordained by the employment gods that everybody wants to interview, which may mean next week I have to make some decisions or maybe they’ll want to do round two.
Great problem to have, but now I’m wondering if I started too early and should have just waited to get laid off, or if I’m abandoning my manager to deal with the constantly changing chaos. It’s not his fault our senior management is nuts.

The multiple income streams are what I am working on, who cares about the position in any regard. They have no clue what they are doing at all. My priority are my side bus's as they are higher income streams.
Just put up with it, collect the check, do only minimal work, leave it at that. Who cares about the ignorant rating system (cas system) or any of the low IQ workers here.
Just count your money from all your incomes at the end of teh week and plan out how much earlier u can retire by putting up with this cr*p
I am loving it here! I have never had more time and relaxation at work, all thanks to the incompetency of the managers. It's all about your state of mind. I love the freedom this job (well beyond my capacity and ability) enables me, so that I can build multiple income streams, before I give it (this job) my kiss of death. It will be a kiss of appreciation for sure. You might need a different job, or a paradigm shift. To me a job, manager or any external condition has zero influence over my worth. Job is a job. Job is always capped and climbing the corporate ladder is not worth it, if you can be free enjoying the income from own passive income streams.
