I bank at Ally and Discover, both top rated banks.

Weird that Charles Schwab Bank isn't on that list. I moved all my WF accounts outside of Credit Card (for the interest rate reduction) to them after the scandals broke and I couldn't be happier.
Who is stupid enough to use any bank? Credit unions are the only way to go for personal finances.

Who's Ally or the fist 20 on that list? like who wants to deal with some odd ball bank that's likely to close shop in 6mo and deal with the pain of changing banks. In my town there's about 15 various banks, most look like reject ghost towns, the one WF branch has employees with polished black shoes that look like mirrors, place looks like a theme park, and is over run with customers. Heck that one branch has 5X the customers all the other banks in town have combined, that tells you something.
