Boo hoo. Tomorrow our Snow Flake will complain about the toilet paper being too rough.

Many buildings have not been used in awhile due to the pandemic. So the water will have a funny taste, it just needs to be run for awhile to bring in fresh supply. Once it is flowing again, taste will improve and it will have less metals and sediments. Stagnant water is never good for health.
Locations are having water tested. Some large sites are showing Legionaries bacteria among other parasites in the water. They are keeping it very hush hush.
Is the color yellowish?

Another expense reduction effort. Before long, you will have to pay to flush the stool.
A clown fell into the storage tank - that would explain it.
