So I've heard so many different things from internal sources on this, such as:
1) A recruiter told me some people would not be returning to office in September and/or it would be up to their manager.
2) CPG person stated they are working to determine who actually needs to be in an office and who doesn't, to determine space requirements for returning.
3) A senior leader this week was pressed about Location Strategy on a call by some of my peers, and they got a vague answer that basically said they want to put people in hubs; however, nothing was said about if you were gonna have to come in every day if you aren't a customer facing employee or which specific cities were going to be hubs.
I feel there is so much misinformation on this and no real transparency. What is everyone else hearing? I'm told if you're in a hub, you may not even have to go to the office every day if your role is not customer facing.
I know of several senior leaders (EVP and SVP level) who don't even live in or near hubs and have a large teams and work from home pre-covid, will they be required to move to a hub or get special privileges when the rest of us don't? It seems that it's do as I say, not as I do.
