Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

New promo

Our store did 13 upgrades today, not one customer was able to take advantage of " THE GREATEST PROMO IN THE HISTORY OF THE CELL PHONE INDUSTRY ". Lol....our marketing team is a joke, of course many were pi---d because they wanted their free 5g phone for trading in their IPhone 6 on the 2 gig share plan. This promo is as bad as the rest of them. I will say the targeted offers for tabs and watches for $250 off are a good deal, but why not advertise these to bring NEW lines in , not just a sh-t ton of cheap people thinking they are getting a free upgrade. This is why people want out, combine this with every transaction taking 10 times longer than it should because of our cr-p system and it's a delight to be at work 9 hrs a day.

Your salesmanship is NOT good if u got 13 upgrades and not one add bud! No one can’t teach u salesmanship LOL
GO TO GROCERY STORE AND JUST CLERK AND BAG 13 bags every 15 minutes and I bet you won’t get paid the same !

The problem is that Verizon doesnt sell anything of value except wireless service. Name another product that isnt absolute sh-t? Literally everything vz makes is trash. Think about it... Ellipsis tablets, ellipsis jetpacks, the hum, vz home protect, even the $17 a month insurance offers the worst value for coverage on your phone. I cant even name 1 product that vz makes that's even worth spending money on. Even the idea of selling someone on a business account is a scam and a waste of an entire day for the customer. This company is a scam. Now theyre scamming employees out of money with surveys.

Agreed, stop the bait and switch, make promos easy for us and customers to understand and do something different to get customers in that will bring value to us and them. We basically have 2 promos, BOGO and trade in and we just switch back and forth.

I wish we could all quit on the same day and have everyone send out mass emails before we leave that just says "Hans and Krista can ring up the rest of the customers that need help." And Id bet my lowzy a-s $400 commission check that they wouldnt hit metrics, would get awful surveys and still not realize how bad our POS systems are.
