Loved to see that smirk once again. Better to see this dude than a boring old grampa. Yeah, there's uhms and ahms but communicates effectively nevertheless. Better to have Chuckie than some executive from 3rd world country and that would be so infuriating. Love it.

I tuned out during DE&I and climate change. It’s all just political lip service.
He was so uncomfortable during the DE&I answer; even more so than usual - body language and 'um/you knows' were way worse to the point he twice was shaking his foot making his whole body shake.
He was so relieved to be finished with it and much more comfortable answering the next question.
The all white panel speaks volumes given it is approaching one year since his racist comment. He isn't even trying to fake it. He still has a mostly white male team of direct reports out of 16....two diverse male and five women plus same female admin -only one is not white (the one soon to start).
And having diverse job applicants and interview candidates doesn't help if there isn't also any requirement to hire them.
