There's the door. I'm tired of people who think they're better than anybody else working here. You are not special. You are just another irrelevant cog in this mindless machine and no amount of kissing up or making yourself sound like you are better than this is going to change that. Rant over.

I want to GTFO, but waiting on severance.
How bout if you don't like reading negative comments don't come to thelayoff.com
Exactly- if you have such a problem filling out a survey asking you if you've taken a vaccine that could save your life, there's the door, snowflake
Same as every large population of people, some very intelligent people, some great workers, some not so great workers and a whole lot of id--ts. There is plenty of good at this company and plenty of people who are very happy and have dome well for themselves here. Old proverbs tend to hold true time and time again.... you get out of it what you put into it. If you work hard and have a positive approach you can achieve high levels of success. If you're a "slacker" and a "complainer" then you don't deserve anything positive and we very much want you gone.
Agree with OP. GTFO if you don't like it here.
I’m better than you op. I can prove it by slapping the sh!t out of you. Just post your contact info.
Who sh-t in your Cheerios this morning?
Totally agree OP. The sense of entitlement here is strong.
You sound like a member of middle management. F-c# Off!
It's a job. Don't like, get a different job.
Seriously, how hard is that?
Retaining a position despite evidence through testimonial and observation of the suffering means you have a bias.
Your life here might be fantastic but the rest of us are suffering the effects. I am sure people were loving life with Stumpf too.
Just like whites telling bl---s everything is good becaise they dont see or hear anything isnan incorrect assertion, so is an elitist telling tellers and IT people being misaligned in reorgs and then laid off that they cant cant complain aboit your utopia
The deposit I sent down the drain this morning is more intelligent than 99% of the people I encounter here. I get that most of you exist in this little bubble and have never experienced life outside the walls of WF, but anyone on the outside looking in is just baffled by what goes on here.
Stay inside the bubble. The rest of the world is better off for it.
Confusing post, OP. So you consider WFC to be a mindless machine and employees to be irrelevant cogs in the mindless machine, and yet you like it here? I guess you are a good example of the kind of employees Wells is going to end up with.
Amen. All I read is how Wells Fargo is so bad and horrible, yet they still there.
I worked there before being displaced, and it was one of the best places for me to be. The people were phenomenal and I couldn't have been more fortunate.
