Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

There is no doubt

WFC is the most toxic company I have ever worked for and it's not just the management that's fostering such an atmosphere. It's employees as well. You don't believe me? Just go through the posts here and it will become very clear that toxicity seems to be a job requirement here.

This site is here for entertainment value only - I wouldn't put too much stock in the comments. It's what I imagine facebook would be like if I ever used it.

The employees and rank and file are products of their environment. When you work in it for awhile, it wears on you. I see you have no empathy for anyone. You should go to occ.gov and read the 150+ page report (public report) they wrote to support fining 8 former executives, then maybe you'll not point the finger at employees.

Personally, it never felt toxic to me until they put Charles in charge. I hope he suffers a fall from grace.

I experienced the same thing. It got worse when the pandemic hit and things became politicized. And God forbid you're an older worker! As inconvenient as being displaced was, it truly was a blessing.

@OP...Perhaps it's employees or rather team members like yourself that are bringing this place down
