The 5% cash back cards tend to be the "category" type, it's not on all purchases. Like Chase Freedom, etc. 2% on all purchases and a sign up bonus is a very competitive offering. Most 2% cards have no bonus. Citi Double Cash, Fidelity etc.
As if we all don't have a cash back card that gives us FAR more than the 2% this one will. Heck, Bezos gives 5% out the gate. Cap One has a few well above 2%. Even Discover changed the way they do cash back with 5% being the minimum in many cases. 2% - gt_oh.
It’s a cashback card. So what? Who doesn’t have one yet? “Look, I got a smart phone! Like my new smart phone? Much better than my old flip phone!” Meanwhile, everyone else has had a smart phone for at least 10 years.

Crypto is BS, I wouldn't be surprised if banks and states/countries start to regulate it heavily. If they aren't getting a cut (not profit, but a cut of the transactions), you can bet its on their radar to ki-l it off.
