^this. I think if you took the alotted time your hand is forced to say you got it. Otherwise, it seems like they could potentially use it as a means to fire you for basically lying and taking that time off (specifically to get vaccinated) yet you either didn't or you're withholding the information.
Anyone else see the roadmap? First the encouragement to get the jab. Then the incentives with time off (oh, and make sure to mark that time off in the system with covid19 so we can track you there) and the endless marketing campaign on the home page, all hands, corporate communications regarding the benefits of the jab.

Up next? Once we are all back in the office, or those who dont quit over the RTO mandate, the jab mandate is pushed on those who responded to the survey as no or none of your business. Basically telling you to get the jab or get out.
We can't be naïve in thinking there is no correlation between the RTO and vax survey.
Correction: the vaccine is mostly safe and mostly effective.
All vaccines have some side effects, and some people will be unlucky, but most won’t.
All vaccines have a small percentage of infections get thru.
This vaccine was based on the original variety and now we have variants, so it may be less effective with the new variants. Same thing happens every year with the flu vaccine.
In addition, immunity can grow weaker over time, and as we age, so that’s why they have booster shots. I know I get a tetanus shot every 10 years.
So we can’t expect perfection in a vaccine, especially one that was rushed out as an emergency. But over time, they will make even better ones.

Geniuses like the so called medical experts here quoting anti vaccine conspiracy theories are why the hospital where my spouse works had to reopen their COVID floor once again. 100% of the COVID cases there are the unvaccinated. That’s all of them for you that can not do the math. Wake up people before you end up there too and make this thing mutate worse than it already is.

I have no problem with rto. Lot of people I already know return to work I am not alone. I go everywhere and do everything, including traveling. I am fully vaccinated.

I wouldn't worry about the delta variant, the UK is one of the highest vaccinated locations and their infection rates are now sky high, but guess what death rates are next to nill. Meaning Delta is about as deadly as getting the common cold, its just media hysteria. I think the company could have been far smarter about this, reminds me of something that id--t HR guy would pull. Also the timing is oddly or not oddly days before getting our mid year review.
I'm a Republican and I got vaccinated. In fact, even Trump encouraged people to get vaccinated, like BIGLY! lol. This is NOT a political issue! It's a deadly virus that is making even young people deathly sick. I care more about my loved ones and protecting them than I do about politics of a virus.
The best way to mitigate the risk of severe illness and hospitalization? Get the vaccine, all 3 have been scientifically proven to mitigate the risk of severe illness and hospitalization, period. It could mean the difference between you being on a ventilator and paying huge medical deductibles versus just being sick for a few days with minor symptoms, or even spreading it to a loved one. It was a no brainer risk management decision for me and most. It also will help protect your wallet from unexpected medical costs if you get sick from covid.
It's just not good timing to return to the office with so many still unvaccinated and the Delta spreading, in fact its just stupid to force people back.

@saj Couldn't agree more. Wells Fargo is dispensing medical advice in the language about how safe and effective the vaccines are. We don't need dirt bag bank executives pretending to be doctors. This is ethically wrong and huge violation of employee trust for this data to be used in anyway, the reputation fallout will massive.
They demanded you provide by end of day if your vaccinated and specific date.. Their lawyers seemed to add language twists at the very bottom saying your giving it of it of your own accord. Mandy should be fired for not seeing this survey as a freaking huge lawsuit risk, and they will be sued.
I support people answering however they choose, but I want to tell company that I haven't been jabbed. I also don't appreciate their attempts to convince people to do this. Each of us has a doctor and can make their own decision. I don't need anyone telling me what's best for me or my family, especially when it comes to new dr-gs that we do NOT know the long term ramifications of. Yes, I understand why these treatments were rushed to market, but the fact remains we do not know what these things will do to people 5 or 10 years from now. The fact that there is a huge effort to censor/cancel any dissenting medical/scientific opinions about these treatments and the massive amount of money involved make me highly skeptical. Others are perfectly free to implicitly trust the motives of government and big pharma to have their best interests at heart, I don't.
