This information can be found on GlassDoor. Why would you come to a board about layoffs for information about how to get hired at the company? I'm thinking we are seeing why you aren't getting callbacks.
Our HR team is the worst. I will spare you the details but suffice it to day that its my third worst experience here and my manager was notified before I was even in the second round which caused problems.
I suffered negative connotations because I dared to try and get a better paying position.

Most companies do not take 6 to 9 months to respond, only this place. Don't wait, it's a sign of how miserable your experience will be once you join. RUN!

Over a decade ago you'd be informed if you weren't chosen. In the past decade, it's rarely been communicated other than the status on the job application page switching to denied.
I had a good h/r recruiter at Capital One. She wasn't good. She was excellent. She followed up with the hiring manager, she kept me in the loop. She told me in the beginning she would help me as best she could and she did.
The only thing was when I got in there, I had no idea I was stepping in he-l.
Lying, snarky, manipulative managers. Bullying, harassing, toxic environment. I hung in there as best I could because I needed a job and the pay was good but looking back now, it wasn't worth it.
Keep in mind...the experience you have with recruiting process at a company will be a good lens on what their culture is like once you join. Run! Run!
Dude! I am an internal employee and HR treats their own peeps terribly. Even after you interview for internal roles, the internal recruiters are so rude and rarely even give you a response. I had at least two not even respond to my emails after I interviewed. Its emblematic of the decaying culture and lack of decency. Look elsewhere!
be patient, takes 6 -9 months for a response; i think calling hr and hiring manager on cell phones may speed up some activity
