The stress caused by Charlie’s RTO is unbearable and without regard for those who may not have a chronic disability but who are at highest risk for severe impact of COVID-19 and especially the Delta variant as it can be deadly against vaccinated and unvaccinated people. I don’t want to loose my life providing for my family as a single parent. Read the accommodation request for COVID RTO exemption, one at risk of severe impact to COVID 19 can not provide that substantiated fact as a basis for accommodation request. It’s obvious employee health and well being are not important to Charlie.

This is the worse employee morale and stress I have ever had in my career.

As has been mentioned here previously, Charlie is executing a Hostile Takeover from within. No doubt about it. Slash and burn, looks good to shareholders. Forced attrition, but only in numbers that won't make the news cycle and pi** off the public and customers. Good riddance.

I don't think the ELT or anyone who calls themselves a leader in the top ranks has a clue how to bring people together, to improve morale or TM engagement. They're bridge burners and barn burners.

You must be on our executive committee, and haven’t figured out how to follow links yet.

Ok so I followed you links and this is FAKE NEWS. Nothing to do with the WFC CEO on those links.

He is a pitiful excuse for a human being. We all have our faults, but I have never/would never accepted money to knowingly disadvantage and hurt others. Charlie thinks he’s above the Golden Rule, but life has a way of coming back on you.

I was at BNY Mellon when Charlie was CEO, it was one of the worst professional experiences I've had. He doesn't "clean up" a company as much as have constant layoffs over several years, he's a poor communicator and extremely arrogant. There were cheers when he finally left to do the same thing at Wells, it's like he gets off cutting employees and lowering the remaining employees' morale. There are much better ways to conduct mass layoffs, but not better ways to make employees feel like cr-p.

I had accepted my offer here knowing it would be temporary because I knew of his history at BNY Mellon. They loathed him there and when he was there, their layoffs forum was lively just as this one is now.
