You might want to look up the word "all", because with a population this size there's very very few things that literally everyone is doing. Does it happen? Probably. Is it anywhere close to "all", no.
Dont bother those are fake jobs posting on Wells Fargo jobs site. For history and decades, Wells Fargo has been exploiting external and internal applicants and interviews under the pretext of EEOC/AA and disability. Their feedbacks are useless and lies. All Wells Fargo hiring managers secretly recruit their people who are favorites, allies, friends, contacts, client's spouses, children and neighbors.
Is a job is sitting in review for a month you did not get a call from the hr rep. You will get an email saying thanks but no thanks
