Companies switching to WFH model

Amazon, BoFa, Citi, Amex, Capital One, USBank, Lincoln ... these are just some of the companies that are WFH flexible. I am close to getting an offer from one of these!

Why would you even mention BoA, CapOne, or Citi (or Amazon, really) as if a lousy two days a week in the office and a toxic stack-rank and lackluster benefits was anything special? If I want that, I can get that here.

Have to agree about CapOne. Forced rankings combined with the Hunger Games. A Purge every 3-5 years like clockwork. Best part of working there was the severance.

It's confirmed. HR is going to 3 days a week in the office by early January. We begin in October. Just need to hear where the hubs are and if I am close to one of them.

Yes, these companies are doing Hybrid model. Why is it different from what Wells Fargo is doing?

Those companies are doing similar RTO. "Hybrid" model.

So a lot of those companies are adopting hybrid models. Since WFC is adopting a hybrid model for most LOB’s, we can get added to the list?

Capital One is horrible. Hostile, toxic environment. Amex and BOA have employees at the office two or three times a week.
