Are any of the legit WF employees on this board willing to get together and fight this directive from Chuckie and his friends at the top? Or are most of you just planning to quit? Quitting is likely a better, less toxic option, but these guys need to get slapped around a bit because of this!

Slap Chuckie left and right. Somebody pull his hair. I am pinching his cheeks right now, he looks like Ryan Gosling with a smirk. Oh my!
They are bling to replace us with AI and bots.
Yeah lets revolt against WFC, lets rise up and show them we won’t take it anymore. We’ll all move to our competitors, where it is so much different and of course better!!!!!!!!
What are we fighting now? I’m assuming their attempt to return to normal business operations that is in line with all our peers in financial services? Is that the big concern?
We ride at dawn! Oh wait - I don't get up that early for WF anymore.
Funniest post of the day!
How would we fight it?
Oh! OP you are so cute!!! LOL
@iwj, doesn’t William Wallace get immasculated, eviscerated, drawn and quartered at the end of Braveheart? Yeah, probably not a good idea to fight this battle.
Human stupidity is infinite
Cue the scene from Braveheart. You can play Stephen - the Irish guy who's not quite right in the head.
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just so I am understanding: which directive are you referring to?
OP, they WILL get slapped around because they’re going to lose a lot of their best people and productivity will suffer. This will lead to poor performance, substandard operations, low customer satisfaction, and eventually lost business and lower revenue. It doesn’t matter how many people here try to band together and reroute the train, because we can’t. We just have to take care of ourselves and let the train hit the wall at the end of the track. Those who don’t want to get injured need to get off and find a different train not heading toward a dead end like this one is.
