Well shot. I have the shots so that mean me and 65 percent the the country including our politicians and doctors are all going to die.
It says right in the FAQs that being unvaccinated will not be a reason allowed for WFH.
Pfizer has applied for full authorization from FDA. FDA has said it will be determined by January (could be sooner, but no later than January). there are already employers mandating vaccines - so far, smaller companies. Should the full authorization be granted, i'm betting that will accelerate.

My guess would be that if you are not vaccinated or do not want to disclose, you will be asked to wear a mask/muzzle. I don’t think that this will allow you to work from home, if that is what people are thinking. I don’t think “medical condition” will fly - they’ll just make you wear a face shield.
Sorry, but I agree with this. If you’re not willing to get vaccinated, then, that’s your right.
If you’re thinking that they’ll give you a package because of it, i wouldn’t hold your breath waiting for that to happen.
WF should set up special sections/floors for people who are unvaccinated. Treat everyone the same as far as WFH, but don’t force vaccinated people into close proximity with unvaccinated if they are not comfortable with it.
Nobody should have to shake hands with or work in close proximity to a disease vector if they don’t want to. And there is no reason the unvaccinated should mind.
I don’t know what the point is. The kind of people who let Tucker Carlson (who of course is vaccinated) tell them what to do will have no problem lying about it.

How can you mandate a vaccine that’s not fully vetted, nor approved? The lawsuits have already started. Before any trolls come at me, I’m vaccinated, but I also respect others choices. My body my choice, right? If you are vaccinated, who cares what unvaccinated are doing? If you’re scared, wear a mask! Pretty simple. Quebthe typical meltdown in 3, 2, 1...
WFH for the unvaccinated would be rewarding employees for negative behavior. Top of the house needs to show some stones and mandate it (unless you have a verifiable medical reason). No one works because they want to. Personally I’d retire if I had the choice regardless of the year end 401k match. Most of us work because we have to. Either do the right thing and get your shot or get out. Divisiveness has no place in the office, and management isn’t going to let us WFH much longer.
I really hope being unvaccinated will push me to the front of the layoff line. I know I can get another job tomorrow if I need to WFH. Just waiting it out for the payoff.
