I had four interviews last week that led no where.

I started looking and applying for jobs right after work on Friday and Saturday. Quitting? WTF, no way. They can lay me off and pay me. Tomorrow managers are going to be given more directives in Tech. Whatever that means. Had SVB provided details about employees who have been WFH and don't have an office or who were told to relo or hit the road before covid hit, I would feel better just knowing something. I'm tired of being strung along and paranoid. Besides, I want a new challenge and more experience somewhere else. I would rather look for a job now just in case there are mass layoffs in the US.

I stay to bleed them.

I also do EXACTLY what these bone head managers say to do, especially when its wrong.

I work much less hard.

Most of the people on here, IMO, are full of cr-p. Talking about finding a new job over RTO, but never will pull the trigger. Most of you will stay because running the mouth is easier, but so isn’t staying rather than doing the leg work.
