Never worked with so many lazy people in my life. I'm not showing up in the office and adding a 2 hour commute just to show my face if everything i do is with people 3K and 8K miles away, its just d-mb. The work is depressing, the people here are border line re--rded, and yeah i don't feel like suffering even more to go into a office. Bye Bye Charlie, i'm the smartest guy on the team by a mile and i'm pucking walking.

WFH is what kept the limited amount of highly skilled tech people at WF. Chainsaw wants his ten billion save, he'll get it at the risk of the bank's stability. Title himself master of the universe and go destroy another company. He can take this woke fake sh it with him. We hoped the pandemic taught them we can WFH full time and be wildly successful. If you want to know what the future holds for WF ask JP morgan what they plan on doing. WF isn't a leader of anything. They are followers who repeat their competitors ideas. Exactly what they did with their RTO "plan" right down to the vaccine survey
I was hired 5 years ago and promised that I would always be remote by my lying thumb sucking company man of a manager as well as the other 10 people in my group who live in NY, RI, MA, VA (2 wastrels that are kept because they are diverse POCs who do NO work ever and are re--rds), MI, so yes me in the Boston office with NO ONE ELSE FROM MY DEPARTMENT. What the FKNG WHAT??!!! All Ask Saul the Na-i and Smirking Charlie and the new English Boys Tim and David want anyone in technology to do is quit. Thereby saving WF salaries (and giving them 3 new bodies per person in India), the messed up bonuses and 1% raises, no severance packages or unemployment. Attrition at the lowest cost ever. I am out the door as soon as I can get another job. A 3 hour commute daily plus the cost is not in my best interest.
When your leadership calls a meeting good because no one cried it's time to go. And believe me I am. The leadership literally loathes the employees.
