I really doubt the temporary use of Skype for conference calls will save the company any money. Change is expensive and should be for the long term, this isn't.

The Skype stuff is 100% not true. The closing of the conference lines and usage of Skype is tracked as a cost savings part of the optimization program.
That comment that "Owens left for another company, a smaller company..." came off kind of petty

terrible for SVB to have to go to a laundromat for a broken washer or dryer. wouldn't want to do that at his effective hourly pay rate..
