Why are all the applications archaic?!?
On boarding in my group/ application training has been nonexistent as well. How has this place managed to not fold up?! So many more question!!!

OP:
Wells Fargo has the most ineffective onboarding of any company.
Show up. Your manager completes the I9. Then you are left on your own as your manager and HR are absent. (Except for a few people, who I’ve heard make a very concerted effort to onboard despite the lack of HR or other support.)
You can’t stay in business when all of your competitors invest in tech and you don’t. You should take a few business courses even if you don’t want a degree.
@iyo+1bQ9p9ih Rocket Mortgage would like a word.
Actually Wells has good products, banking products that is.
People (including Saul) forget Wells is a banking company and not a tech company. He is trying to run it like a tech company (agile and automation anyone?) and will/is failing.
Think about it, which is more important: application training or product training. I think the higher ups forget we are selling a product first and foremost!
"in" before some tech guy shows up to talk all about his "current skills" and how useless/d-mb everyone else is, even though their own work product is industry-worst.
It's our HR specialty.... Offer you something, switch completely after you have joined.
Im so sorry. They baited and switched me too. I wish I could go back. I have been trying but they already backfilled my old position
Run!!
New to the bank… Why? Why would you do this to yourself?
