Joe Exotic is getting his sentence vacated and resentenced. Perhaps they should sentence him to 3 years as CEO here. He's qualified because he has experience running a Zoo already and could probably improve morale to a better state than it is currently. He could clean up some of the inefficiency to make it a leaner Zoo. He could run the LoudSpeaker program.
