Mike is a great guy and leader not to mention inspirational.
I wish his upbeat comments about Wells were true.
I guess we take the lesson without worrying too much about minor inaccuracies about corporate culture.

I think Hagerman is a decent leader as well. We need about 1000 more of them for true leadership to take root
Hagerman pushed out a direct the business was totally happy with so he could hire a buddy. Not a great leader IMO.

Unless you're going to roll with the "we were just following orders defense", it's clear that it wasn't just those are the top that were immoral.
His talk was full of cliches, DE&I slogans, and corporate cheerleading. He has no idea what it is like here. And he was largely unprepared. Did he not know that we are in a mess because those at the top of the house failed morally? Freaking waste of everyone's time.
