I received my displacement call this morning. I'm a TBSA. I heard other BSA's and TBSA's are also being laid off today. 7/13 was a real date. I'm relieved to be done with all the toxicity and lies.

Wells used to be a fun company to work for, really. When I got laid off last year all I felt was relief, luckily I am ok financially. Being such a big company things will turn around when they put in some REAL leaders with leadership skills. It may take time but its like everything else in life, up and down.
The toxicity going on right now is so sad. People whom have worked together for decades turning on each other just to survive. It's crazy. Enjoy the severance and find some joy in life. Be thankful the decision was made so you don't have to worry about "the call".

Did they end laying off ALL TBSAs? (As in a blanket layoff, in order to prevent lawsuits)?
TBTs, SBAs, SoBs, and MFERs also got it. Enough with the acronyms. Its ridiculous.

I recall my first layoff at another company. I was there so long and witnessed so many changes and the place was making me ill. I just had grown accustomed to it. When I was laid off, I had a mix of emotions. Glad I was free from it all but also fearing the unknown and missing the relationships I made there.
Ffwd, I am laid off again from Wells and I didn't feel a relief but I tell myself something better is out there.
Patience and faith will get us through.

My group was reorged a while ago to another group that doesnt do what we do and we still havent heard a thing about why, no welcome, no planning no nothing. Just silence.
That bodes well for the future I am sure.
