Trading is being centralized in single location = NYC starting 2022. To be closer to Hudson Yards management. My guess, more JPM ppl will be hired there instead on traders who will not move from their current locations or who will not pass an interview for the work that they are doing now.

Not like WFS was trading anyway.
They were hedging client exposure and selling them 12 other products along with it.
It's an also ran "trading" outfit so might as well consolidate it where they can get decent people and change their business model.
There's nothing stopping you and there couldn't be a better time to go, with all the people that have fled the city in the last year. Housing will be as good as it's ever going to get.
I would never move there, but to each their own.
I have no proof, however some of the changes taking place seem to be pointing towards this potentially being true.
Isn’t there also a trading floor in St Louis?
Not buying it. Too many in Charlotte.
We need a serious trading floor. All the Wall Street banks profit each quarter while we stick to more traditional banking products that don't make much of a profit.
Would like to move to NYC. I am tired of the rural areas like Charlotte etc
FAKE NEWS!!
isn't there a big trading floor in Charlotte? interesting
Makes sense. If you're working wall street, keep wall street hours - 9:30 - 4:00. Save people the trouble going into work for the opening bell and NYC is where the trading talent is.
