Barry leading Wim into mediocrity- vitriolic, egoistical, no vision and leads in fits, starts and stops - no one knows what his vision is and according to him I ts exciting and great- just ask him to explain next new $10mm client growth strategy… crickets…

Clients with any real money have better options. The whole model should change, but the way execs are compensated doesn't align to any significant changes.
It’s all about the customer journey!
Attrition and layoffs in WIM is out of control. The problem is that they are affecting the front line with these d-mb changes that don’t really help clients. There are too many people behind the scenes making the decisions.
It's bad. I feel no one knows what they are doing. Product vs project...total chaos and leadership is clueless as well. I'm hoping for better, but I'm thinking about leaving with this lack of leaders who actually know what they are doing.
All of the client facing talent that remained in WIM is pouring out daily and taking those $10mm+ clients with them. I can’t imagine for the life of me why anyone of that net worth would choose Wells Fargo to manage their money at this point.
Did the same thing at Chase Wealth Management
WIM compliance is a mess as well. They still have the old leadership in place that led to regulatory problems. Scratching my head why the entire WIM Compliance team hasn’t been shown the door.
