Will Bei fire a lot of HR peeps? I’ve heard she will. Also, are we changing our name to JPM? No surprise there.

HR at WF is as bloated, unproductive Nd incompetent as Marketing at WF.
One things for sure, there will be a time when they can displace the displacement team, or a large % of it. It takes a lot of people to lay off tens of thousands of people, and you won't need that many forever.
All those groups that were told they were done with layoffs for the year just got the rug pulled out from under them.
Of course she will. She can’t come in and leave the status quo in place. She has to prove her worth by cutting the people and changing the processes put in place by her predecessor. Or what do they need her for?
That would be true even if the company was doing well.
I've been told by former JPM employees that she (Bei) orchestrated the relocation strategy at JPM and hub strategy there, requiring thousands to relocate or take severance. This is what I was told, I don't know.
Oh yes! I'd be Bei-Ling out the door as fast as you can find another job and bail.
