Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Make sure you review WF on Glassdoor

One place those who are looking for a job, applying, etc is to look at the company reviews on Glassdoor. You'll notice lately most of the 5 star reviews for WF are coming from India. And, that makes sense with the amount of work being transitioned there. But, for those in non-I&P locations the reviews are not that great. As 25+ year employee I posted a review about how I have seen a rapid decline in many areas since Charlie took the helm. Highly recommend everyone on here posts one too, whether you like or dislike WF. All reviews are important for those seeking potential employment with WF. I know I use Glassdoor company reviews for jobs I've been applying for.

HR reps are nororious for inflating corporate scores on glassdoor. I lived throigh a recent transformation effort at another bank and the culture had bottomed out, but for every person commenting the truth of what was going on, three reviews from new or hr employees were being posted with 5 stars offsetting it.

A lot of the positive comments about WF are coming from India or those from there. Always look at the agenda of those commenting.
