Living a Bad Dream

Do you ever wake up and feel like you work in a bad dream? And when you think it can't get any worse, it does?

My only regret is not leaving sooner. I have never seen an organization that treats and engages people the ways that they do, has such worse morale and TM relations (evident in the posts on this board daily and many other ways), and literally is doing almost everything they can to disenfranchise the troops so they'll quit. People should start writing the Senate Banking Committee and House Financial Services Committee about what is going on. It's simply toxic.

I hope people leave in droves. Find a company that treats you as a human being and an asset, and not merely an expense. You're nothing but an expense and a POS to Chainsaw, and nothing more.

Yeah, because JPM people have all the answers, lol. I'm so SICK of the blame on legacy WF employees. The vast majority of those legacy people did nothing wrong, and the people who did are no longer here. But anyone who's been at WF 4, 5 or 7 years is the problem? BS! Most of us couldn't have done anything to right the ship had we kicked and screamed, and many of us did! That's why 8 executives lost their jobs and were fined by OCC! You can read about it on their website! Get off our AXX!

Im the “thats the point” poster - to make it even more crystal clear - im a former JPM employee who turned down a Wells Fargo offer even thoughthey were promising me an entire salaryband ABOVE my full comp at JPM this spring.

I know former colleagues over there and they are hiring their former colleagues…comp is ridiculous and the common refrain from my internal contact is - wells fargo will be better pushing out legacy wells fargo people. Soooo yeah - your NEW teammates think you are dead weight and you are the problem.

Former JPM jumpers now want to COME BACK because alot of the problem folks have left or underpaid which means JPM is now positioned to hire alot of people at market.

Not any more! The only thing I worry about now is when to deliver my resignation as I transition over. : D

That's the point - is to get legacy wells fargo people to quit to hire more non-wells fargo people. An army of JPM employees is flooding over there and rest assured - with the exception of the C-suite - you are getting the mistreated, miserable JPM employees who are escaping JPM because of its own negative aspects....and they are coming with serious bank in their compensation offers that pales to what JPM salary ranges are...so you guys are also being massively underpaid compared to your new teammates.

Nope. It’s just a job and no one has to stay at a horrible job if they don’t want to. Take control of your life and stop blaming others for your unhappiness. Do something about it
