Have you ever considered that you sukc?
Currently with WFC and wanted to jump over to any of the others including BofA, Citi, and JPM. I have submitted my applications to all these and all of them rejected me almost immediately. I then decided to apply to other smaller banks including PNC, FifthThird, and even Edward Jones. Same thing, immediate rejection. Now what's up with that? I know that I am highly qualified based on their requirements and nothing bad on my resume, maybe except my current WFC employment? Before joining WFC, I had multiple interviews including Amazon and an offer from Citi. What's with the WFC stigma?
WF won't hire you either. They only hire JPM! LOL!
Bloomberg ignored me xD. That's what I get for going in the front door instead of getting one of my dozens of friends there to push it through the back.
My suggestion: always use your network in finance.
I got a job at another top ten bank without a single skills question, pushing out lots of competitors, because my best friend is on the team.
I worked for them. I can tell you, no big loss. You are better off. Besides, I doubt you applied in India so you probably don’t qualify based on that.
I worked for JPM years ago, It was a cutthroat culture. Kinda hunger gamesish and upper management loves it. But I remember the interview process. First interview went real well and I knew they were interested in me, I stayed persistent and granted me a 2nd interview... In which I walked into the office where they are telling the group they are moving their office and they will all be displaced...it gets no more cutthroat than that.
I had one web interview with them and they ghosted me. I keep getting rejected on other applications. I don't know what they want and they're always hiring!
JPM rejected me too. I consider myself lucky.
