@1lmq+1bIqAmUe Cloud migration plan? lol, what cloud migration plan? How the company has addressed cloud (private and public) is a joke. Private cloud has been a mess for years -- yea it works, kinda, but what a joke. Public cloud is also a damn joke. We've hired how many people to do this stuff? And even more of a joke is one of the key guys in charge of private cloud a few years ago went to, wait for it, AWS.

Let me get this straight....
so this guy works for ubs in a senior role, leaves original post at ubs to work for wells fargo.
"works" (aka spying) for wells fargo for a whopping 6 months.
Sees how fu---d up it all is and how foobar and disfunctional management is.
THEN runs back to old job, spilling beans on current state of usa competitor.
Kinda makes ya think that a) he likely now thinks wells technology stack is total sh-t & cant be fixed and b) management is as bad as technology problem if not worse.
This guy probably was recon to go back to ubs and tell ubs to enter usa market to direct compete with wells fargo cause usa bank is that f'd up.
Someone in management should be shot for not making him sign a noncompete.

oh you must mean the guy they courted for six month, who left after just six months because he doesn't want his name associated with our cloud migration plans? That P McE? And now we won't be able to get anyone credible to replace him because no one wants to be that captain of that lead zeppelin?
IT people are like members of the high school band. They have an overinflated sense of self worth and of their contribution to the teams success, and they are so nerdy and lack self awareness as they think the whole audience is there for them.

They probably got out while the getting is good after seeing how well their purge last month is working…or rather, not.
