Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Like... Tru Lawn greener

I got my offer from a competitor today and I was stunned how much more they were offering.

Don't worry about paltry severance packages. The industry is picking people up to work their initiatives to fill the gaps left by a retreating Wells.

It can be greener on the other side!

Sometimes the grass is greener because it's fake. Leap responsibly!

I got an offer from another firm as well about 25% higher what Im currently making at WF, the benefits are about the same. I would agree the grass is greener on the other side!

What will really stun you is that Wells would probably pay the same for a new higher. The only way to get a true raise is to leave the company. This is for all industries and companies

I did not have the same experience unfortunately. Got an offer today that is only 6,000 above my current base salary, but I asked to see a benefits summary before making a decision and the health insurance is double what I pay at Wells every pay period. This other banks copay with HRA option for family coverage is $456 per pay period.
