The company needs to log which employees are fully vaccinated against Covid and who is NOT. The unvaccinated employees must be made to wear masks all day while in the office. They can still infect the vaccinated employees with Covid and it is not right, or just, to make the vaccinated employees be exposed to them in the close office areas.
