Anybody been out to CIC since this all began? Been reading on CDC website about the risk in older large unventilated buildings.
Did they cut us skylights? Replace the HVAC? Are they using UV light filters now?
Anybody know?

They definitely didn't cut skylights. Make sure your will is up to date and get to work!
So are they putting up walls in cubes again after taking them down? Or are we still hearing every conversation and hearing people cough all over the place spreading their germs like before?

When any building will be opened up after being closed for awhile, they flush all the water lines. Believe it or not, they are thinking a step ahead of you building experts

The air at CIC was always toxic. It made me cough and I couldn't even go in certain conference rooms, the air quality was that bad. I remember one time they did some repair or maintenance in the vent above my neighbor's cube. She came in to find dirt and dead bugs all over her desk. That's what we had all been breathing.
It's good news that they've upgraded the HVAC system, I just don't see them keeping it up.
This is a real risk. Water sitting stagnet in buildings for a year because pipes haven't been used regularly is the cause of legionarres disease.
