When does the lying stop? The "dotted" line just to keep people with seven direct reports yet telling people they still work for XYZ? Not cool - they are either your manager or they aren't! If you lie on this what else do you lie about!!! Oh we are just moving you on the organizational chart....not the real work.....unethical and immoral....
