True. I worked on part of this effort. Its for customer service.
nice 90K Indians walking the streets mumbling broken english into cells phones, not doing any work. Never seen such a worthless bunch then the group i'm with. I'll they do is waste my time responding to their questions and everything this produce is garbage. Low IQ did them in, not my fault, im looking to leave ASAP.
I had heard 60k and they have already added 30k. They report under Arindam Banerrji, who now has 30k directs. They don't report under WF current management. Even their managers don't understand the business or processes, let alone their worker bees.
Fake news. With all the moves to move to cloud, why would they create a new data center. Too busy consolidating and moving. WF is a US bank. International is tiny. So, systems probably stay where they are from a data center perspective.
Heard about more operations doing so maybe more to support those but systems still need to be in the US.
I heard 50k total over the next couple years. Its the one growth area for the bank. You know why.
