Yeah cause they would never lay people off the week before Thanksgiving or the week before Christmas. Oh wait they did both of those
Seems unlikely right before the holiday.
Since 7/1 is the first Thursday of the month, perhaps a rumor since other threads on this site mention layoffs to typically occur on the last Thursday of the month.
