@1ifz. It’s the Indian way. They have been doing that since offshoring started around Y2K.
It's like Lord of the Flies here, or prison. Employees and contractors spend their time trying to get other people to do their jobs. Here's the best part. While they play Lord of the Flies, the house is burning down around them. This is not a joke, I've seen people bought in to jobs, they have never done before. The clever ones try to shanghai other employees to do their work. Daily, I witness mistake after mistake, complete fails, things just not getting done. So, to the poster, yes this place is a madhouse. Cannot wait to escape. The leadership are complete fools if they don't see this!
