The head of my LOB has said we are going back to the office - PERIOD. So to consider what other companies are doing is futile. They’re not going to change direction, at least not at my LOB’s level.
Go to UBS people. They want dead weight
a lot of us have been told no wfh at all so it doesn't matter what this mythical Saul says..already looked at UBS open jobs!
UBS doesn't want its people to quit. Key difference here. Chainsaw wants as much attrition as possible so no WFH or accomodations.
You should definitely apply there. Take the bull by the horns, etc.
Hybrid is not WFH permanently - just read the first sentence of the article you posted…. Saul already stated that a lot of people will be using the hybrid model.
