DMs have been moved in from indirect that literally know nothing about retail. Have never worked a retail job in their entire life and it fu----g shows.
No to move up in Verizon it’s about how much a-s you kiss and how much koolaid you drink I highly doubt a lot of the higher ups were reps and if they were it was from a different era in wireless so they have no idea what so ever how it is in the real world because they are to busy being behind the screen
I mean they were reps once….it’s like not they hired off the street into their spot as director
