On Saturday in the second busiest branch in the district there were two people two work and everything is experts run as normal. I know we will get told off by the district manager for something, it always happens anyway, but working for this company has become an embarrassment. We are expected to have all three drive thru lanes open a teller in the front, someone at the door, and banker service with TWO total employees in the building. Meanwhile the customers flip their sh-t because we are short staffed like we choose to be this short staffed.

I genuinely hope they close the branch. If they were to close it I would get severance and some time off.

Read it three times and not sure if “two people two work” means 4 workers, and does “everything as experts” indicate more resources?
